My name is Annie McMahon. I'm originally from Quebec, but I currently live in New Jersey. I recently turned to mindfulness after going through a lot of stress and anxiety, and I found peace along the way.

In my search, I met many other people who, like me, went through a challenging time and turned their life around using mindfulness. I became fascinated by their stories, by how the simple act of "being mindful" can change someone's life so drastically.

I've  decided to share the self-help resources I've come across on my journey so other people can benefit from them as well. Some are already well known, others are newer or less popular, but all of them have helped me in one way or another.

I also want to surround myself with positive people and learn about their stories. Why not interview them and share their answers for other people to enjoy as well?

The ultimate mission of this blog is to help ordinary people (not super-rich or super-famous ... yet) who live purposeful lives be seen and connect with each other.
